Our CR Policy is aimed at both providing a structure for and an umbrella under which future specific corporate responsibility systems and policies can be developed and implemented and to state formally the standards, all Shanks employees are required to abide by. The policy includes sections on:

• Organisation, reporting, communication and objectives;
• Responsibility;
  • Principles and policy standards for all employees, including on the environment, people, labour practices and human rights, community involvement, customer and consumer issues, shareholder issues, supply chain issues and business ethics and fair operating practices;
• Feedback including whistle-blowing; and
• Monitoring.
